This is a lightening system insulator That was used on barns and buildings in early years. The color of it is Ice Blue.

It is 2: across the base x 1 3/4 high. it has a double wire grouve on the top and a hole through the center that is tapered out both sides from the center It has 1 small chip on the top of wire grouve. Some very small chips around the hole entrance.
